What to include

It helps if you tell us:

What happens to what you send

Your message and the details in it are kept only until your problem is resolved, and are then deleted. They are not shared with anyone. Please do not send anything you would not put in an ordinary email. Helping you never requires your recorded tickets or any financial information, so please leave those out.

Two things worth knowing before you write

LottoSelect analyses past draws. It does not and cannot predict future ones, and no wheel, filter or selection method in it changes the odds of any ticket.

It is an independent app, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any lottery corporation or operator. If a result in the app disagrees with the official record, the official record is the one that counts: always check a winning ticket with a retailer or your provincial lottery.

Common things

Results have not updated

Results are published a while after the draw itself, so the app looks for them the following morning. You can also refresh at any time from the Data page, and you can turn automatic refreshing on or off in Settings.

A prize amount looks wrong

Some categories pay a share of a pool rather than a fixed amount, so until the official breakdown is published the app shows a long-run average and labels it as an estimate. You can type the actual amount against any play once you know it.

Moving to a new device

Everything you record lives on your own device. Turn on device sync in Settings and choose a folder both devices can see, or export your records first and import them afterwards.
